Borrowers/Students
Use the Borrower/Student Login to access "My Account," where you can check the status of your loan or Tuition Payment Plan (TPP). You can also make payments, view electronic bills and tax documents, and view/sign promissory notes and exit interviews.
School Code
Each institution that ECSI services is assigned a unique two or three character identifier. If you have attended two different schools, you will have two distinct accounts on ECSI's My Account service. In general, you can find this code on the communication (bill, email, letter) that you received from ECSI.
Account Number
Generally this is your Social Security Number. If your institution uses a different number (SID or PID are 2 other common account numbers), you will have to check the communication you received from ECSI to find the account number. Please do not use any punctuation in the Account Number, e.g. hyphens.
Password
Initially, ECSI assigns each borrower/student a PIN number. This PIN number will act as your password until you change it to a password. Once you have changed your password, your PIN is only needed if you forget your new password.
View Login Credentials
If you believe you are using the correct information and cannot access your account, use this form to retreive your login credentials by answering questions that help identify you.
Email My Password
If you have registered your Email address using our Update Information feature, you can have your password sent to you by email. You will need your school code and account number to complete this form. If you have not registered an email address, you cannot use this form.
